Every morning, millions of American mothers wake up before the rest of the house does. They pack lunches, sort school uniforms, and mentally run through the day's schedule — all before clocking in for a job that may not pay enough, offer flexibility, or leave room for anything more. At Torvu, we see you. And we believe that two weeks, the right skills, and a little financial support can change the entire trajectory of your story.
That's why we're proud to introduce our Capacity Building Program — a free, two-week intensive designed specifically for working single mothers. Through CV development workshops, curated access to online courses on platforms like Coursera, and a $1000 stipend to support you through the course, Torvu is removing the barriers that have kept opportunity just out of reach.
Only 100 slots are available. Enrollment is first come, first served.
A Program Built Around You
This isn't a generic job training course. It's a two-week investment in your future — structured around your reality as a mother, a worker, and a woman who is already doing the hard work every single day.
Participants receive one-on-one support to build or refresh their CV, get matched with a free online course aligned to their career goals, and walk away with both a credential and the confidence to pursue remote, flexible, and higher-paying work. The $1,000 stipend is intended to help participants access the tools, resources, and learning opportunities needed to complete their professional development journey. Funds are transferred directly to each participant's bank account or PayPal account upon enrollment.
With only 100 spots available and enrollment open on a first come, first served basis, we encourage every eligible mother to register today.
Before Torvu, I hadn't updated my CV in six years. I didn't think I had anything worth putting on it. After that program, I had a professional CV, a Google Project Management certificate, and my first remote job offer within three months. The stipend helped me cover groceries while I focused on learning. That program gave me my confidence back.

Built Around Real Schedules
We recognize that working single mothers often have limited time available for professional development. That's why all program webinars, starting from June 22nd are held from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM EDT, allowing participants to join after completing work, childcare, and household responsibilities.
Over the course of the program, participants attend a series of focused one-hour sessions led by career coaches, industry professionals, and training facilitators. These webinars provide practical guidance on career planning, CV development, online learning strategies, professional networking, and pathways into remote and flexible employment.
The one-hour format allows participants to gain valuable insights and support without disrupting their existing schedules. Combined with self-paced online coursework, the evening webinars create a flexible learning experience that accommodates the demands of work, parenting, and everyday life.
The Real-World Impact
For a single mother currently earning $15 per hour in an in-person role, transitioning to even part-time remote freelance work at $30 per hour represents a 100% increase in hourly income.
Beyond the financial gain, remote work can provide something equally valuable: flexibility. The ability to work around school pickups, sick days, childcare responsibilities, and the unpredictable realities of raising children alone can transform not only a family's income, but also its quality of life.
A free course may seem like a small step. But for many women, it can become the gateway to financial stability, professional growth, and greater control over their future.
